Melissa Delport is the author of Rainfall and The Legacy Trilogy (The Legacy, The Legion and The Legend).

For ten years she owned and operated her own specialised logistics company until she woke up one morning and decided it was time to put her English degree to good use. Melissa stopped ‘watching from the side-lines’ and followed her passion (all things bookish) and her award-winning writing career began.

Melissa lives with her husband and three children in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal.
